Such property was purchased by Eagle Mountain Investment Group LLC for $200,000 in September of 1996. At the time of purchase, the property was vacant and remains vacant today. Eagle Mountain just received a copy of the Notice of Valuation on the property from the prior owner of the property, 13lackfox Real Estate Group. Eagle Mountain hereby protests the valuation of the property made by the assessor. Eagle Mountain purchased the property in September 1996 for $200,000. The property was vacant on June 30, 1996, at the time of purchase and remains vacant. Therefore the property's value is no more than $200,000. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
