HomeMy WebLinkAbout970362.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE SALE OF PROPERTY TO DENNIS MEISTER AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED - LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 6, CARR, COLORADO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by and through a Treasurer's Deed, dated April 1, 1985, Weld County is the owner of property described as: Lots 19 and 20, Block 6, Carr, Colorado, according to the plat thereof recorded on July 13, 1907, at Envelope 49, Reception Number 121148, in the Office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, and WHEREAS, the Board now desires to sell said property to Dennis Meister for the sum of $100.00. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the sale of the above described property to Dennis Meister be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign the Special Warranty Deed and any other documentation necessary to transfer ownership of said property to Meister.
