RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DAVID S. DROEGEMUELLER TO GREELEY-WELD
COUNTY AIRPORT AUTHORITY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Greeley-Weld County Airport Authority Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that David S. Droegemueller be appointed to said
board, as an at-large member, to replace Sid Wilke, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint David S. Droegemueller to said board,
with his term to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that David S. Droegemueller be, and hereby is, appointed to the Greeley-Weld
County Airport Authority Board, with his term to expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of February, A.D., 1996.

Dear Commissioners:
On Thursday, February 8, 1996, the Greeley-Weld County Airport Board of Commissioners
conducted several interviews of individuals interested in becoming members of the Airport
Authority Board. The position for which interviews were conducted was that of the "at-
large" member, which is currently vacant. After completion of the interviews and review
of the applicants credentials and qualifications, the Airport Authority wishes to express to
both the Greeley City Council and the Weld County Board of Commissioners, their
endorsement of Mr. David S. Droegemueller to fill said position on the Greeley-Weld
County Airport Authority. The Airport Authority believes that Mr. Droegemueller will be
an asset to the Board, and we appreciate your consideration in this matter.
