OF ELKS, OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, a fraternal and charitable
corporation, of Greeley, Colorado, for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250, 000) in hand paid, does hereby sell and convey to
THE COUNTY OF WELD, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AT WELD COUNTY, STATE OF
COLORADO, the following real property situate in the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, to -wit:
Ail of Lot Eleven (11) EXCEPT the East Fifteen Feet (E 15') thereof,
and all of Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14),
Fifteen (15), and Sixteen (16), in Block Sixty-five (65), in the
City of Greeley, Weld County, Colorado, according to the recorded
map or plat thereof,
with all its appurtenances, and warrants title to the same.
