RELEASE OF LIEN
THIS RELEASE OF LIEN is signed this 8th day of May 1995, Weld County, Colorado, by and
through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on November 3, 1993, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, by Resolution made an assessment of costs of improvements for Weld County
Arrowhead Local Improvement District No. 1993-1, against a property located at 5401 West 10th
Street, Greeley, CO 80631 (PIN #2727486), and
WHEREAS, said assessment was in the sum of $625.16, and
WHEREAS, the owners of said parcel, Steve and Kimberly Case have paid the entire
assessment of $625.16, plus the first year's interest of $50.01, on June 1, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, Weld County, Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, hereby declares that the lien created by the above described
Resolution against the above described property is satisfied in full and is hereby released from said
property.
