Of final payment for the General Contract Work for the construction
of an Addition to the Weld County Nursing Home at Greeley, Colorado.
Under contract to Addison and Glenn, Incorporated 314 Twenty-fifth
Avenue, Greeley, Colorado.
Notice is hereby given that final payment for the work constructed
by Addison and Glenn, Incorporated on the 7th day of April, 1966
for the general work for the construction of an Addition to the
Weld County Nursing Home, Greeley, Colorado, will be made on or after
August 22, 1966, and all persons, companies or corporations that have
furnished labor, materials or other supplies used by Addison and Glenn,
Incorporated, in or about the performance of the work contracted to be
done on said building and whose claim therefore has not been paid by
Addison and Glenn, Incorporated on or before August 21, 1966 should
file prior to August 22, 1966, with the County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, Court House, Greeley, Colorado, a verified statement
of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim.
