WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, FOR A TERM OF FIVE YEARS ENDING MAY 23, 1965:
WHEREAS, this Board did appoint Mrs. Warren H. Monfort of Greeley,
Colorado, a member of the Board of Health of Weld County, Colorado, for a
term of five years ending May 2i, 1955, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Monfort was re -appointed a member of this Board for
a term of five years ending May 23, 1960, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Warren H. Monfort has served faithfully and well as
such Board Member and her re -appointment to said Board has been recommended.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Mrs. Warren H. Monfort of Greeley, Colorado, be and
she is hereby re -appointed a member of the Board of Health of Weld County,
Colorado, for a term of five years ending May 23, 1965.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following votes

As you are probably aware, Mrs. Warren Monfort's term
as a member of the Weld County Board of Health expired
as of May 23, 1960.
At a meeting today of the Weld County Board of Health
the other members stated they would like to recommend
that Mrs. Monfort be re -appointed for another five year
term and asked me to forward this expression in the form
of a letter.
