Children's Television Workshop,Noggin is the first 24 hour
multiple-medium brand that puts kids in charge of their learning.
And the following changes will enhance Digital Music Express(DMX)
Add 900 Listening Room
Music specials 24 hours a day. Listening Room will offer

Holiday programming exclusively from November 16, 1999 to
January 1,2000.
Add 936 Holiday&Happenings
Music for every occasion,year-round.
Replace 471 Box Country with VH1 Country
472 Box Edge with MTVX
473 Box Classic with VH1 Classic Rock
474 Box Urban with VI/I Soul
605 Box Tejano with VHI En Espanol

919 World Beat with Retro Dance

These changes only affect digital customers and will not impact the current price
structure for the AT&T Digital Cable service. We will forward proper notice to our
AT&T Digital Cable customers via an electronic message over the cable system that
specifically details the programming changes.
