RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF PEGGY FINK TO WELD COUNTY LOCAL PLANNING
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Local Planning Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Peggy Fink be appointed to said committee to
replace Dorothy Nall as the RVNA Home Care Services representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Peggy Fink to said committee, with
her term to expire December 14, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Peggy Fink be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Local Planning
Committee, with her term to expire December 14, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 19th day of July, A.D., 1995.
