RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF PAUL COOPER AND BONNIE EDMISTON TO WELD
COUNTY JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Juvenile Community Review
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Paul Cooper, as the Division of Youth
Services representative, and Bonnie Edmiston, as the Probation representative, be appointed
to said board, to replace Larry Grauberger and Jerry Wommack, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Paul Cooper and Bonnie Edmiston
to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 1996, and November 1, 1998,
respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Paul Cooper and Bonnie Edmiston be, and hereby are, appointed
to the Weld County Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms to expire November 1,
1996, and November 1, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 9th day of September, A.D., 1996.
