A public hearing was held on Monday, June 10, 1963, at 3:00 P. M., in the Jury Consul-
tation Room. The meeting was called to ordsr by the chairman, George Mosier, with
Price Hopkins and John Watson present. Sam Telep was also present. Absent was
Art King and Millard Ewing.
George Mosier read the legal notice that appeared in the paper for amending the Sub-
division regulations.
George Mosier asked if there were any present opposing said amendment. There were
none.
Price Hopkins moved that Section 5, paragraph 5.2 of the Subdivision Regulations be
amended by adding the following sentence:
"said final plat must be recorded within a period not to exceed three
(3) months after the date of approval of the Board of County Commis-
sioners; otherwise, the approving action of the Board of County Com-
missioners would become null and void.
The motion was seconded by Art King. Unanimously carried.
Meeting adjourned at 3:45 P. M.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WELD COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
TIME: 3:00 P. M.
DATE: June 10, 1963
PLACE: County Commissioners' Office
Weld County Court House
Greeley, Colorado
A public hearing is hereby scheduled by the Weld County Planning Commis-
sion at the time and place stated above to consider amending the text of
the Weld County Subdivision Regulations. All persons interested in the
suggested amendment are invited to attend this hearing in order to be
heard and to aid the County Planning Commission in preparing their recom-
mendation for the Board of County Commissioners. The particular amend-
ment under consideration is as follows:
Amend Section 5, Paragraph 5.2 Final Plat
by the addition of the following sentence:
"Said final plat must be recorded within a period not to exceed
three (3) months after the date of approval of the Board of
County Commissioners; otherwise, the approving action of the
Board of County Commissioners would become null and void."
