OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR THE COUNTY OF WELD:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did appoint Elton Miller as
Commissioner of the Housing Authority for the County ,of Weld for a term of five
years, ending July 21, 1964, and
WHEREAS, a further appointment is necessary and Mr. Miller is willing to
accept the appointment, it is the desire of this Board that he be retained in his
present position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Elton Miller be and he is hereby appointed Commissioner
of the Housing Authority for the County of Weld for a term of five years, ending
July 1, 1969.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
