DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
SHUPE SUBDIVISION:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of perpetual right-of-way over
the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in the
Shupe Subdivision, being a part of Blocks 37 and 38, Clayton Park, a subdivision
in the SW4SW4 in Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M.,
in Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the S line of said Block 37 from which
point the SW corner of said Block 37 bears N 90°00'00" W a distance
of 416.90'; thence N 03°36'00" W 519.71' to an iron pin; thence
S 90°00'00" E 90.00' to an iron pin; thence N 00°00'00" E 469.46'
to the N line of said Block 38; thence S 85°45'00" E along the
northerly line of said Block 38 a distance of 658.97' to the westerly
right-of-way line of Colorado State Highway No. 3; thence S 08°
52'30" E along said Wly right-of-way line 466.49' to its inter-
section with the E line of said Block 38; thence S 00°00'00" along
the E line of said Block 38 a distance of 478.40' to the SE corner
of said Block 38; thence N 90°00'00" West along the S line of said
Block 38 a distance of 786.50' to the point of beginning;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is accepted and approved for filing,
and the public roads, streets, highways, easements thereon shown are accepted
by the County of Weld provided, however, that the County of Weld will undertake
maintenance of roads, streets and rights -of -way after they have been constructed
by the subdivider, not the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
