Per our RADIO TOWER LEASE AGREEMENT, dated August 1, 1997, Paging Network of
Colorado, Inc. and Weld County Government contractually agreed for each to pay the other
$125.00 per month, for lease line access and tower space respectively.
Effective immediately both entities (PageNet and Weld County) mutually agree that we will not
exchange payment for these services/accesses, until such time as the pricing would be changed by
either party to this agreement, for either lease line access or tower space.
