RE: APPROVE BILL OF SALE OF MONFORT CHILDREN'S CLINIC AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Bill of Sale for the Monfort Children's
Clinic from the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, to the North Colorado Medical Center Foundation, Inc., with
terms and conditions being as stated in said bill of sale, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said bill of sale, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Bill of Sale for the Monfort Children's Clinic from the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
to the North Colorado Medical Center Foundation, Inc. be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized
to sign said bill of sale.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of November, A.D., 1997.

BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the County of Weld, a political
subdivision of the State of Colorado, of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00), in hand paid by the North Colorado Medical Center Foundation, Inc., a Colorado
non-profit corporation, of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant and convey unto the said party of the second
part, its executors, administrators, successors or assigns, the following property, goods and chattels,
to wit:
All buildings and improvements located on Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block 15, Clayton Park
II Subdivision, a subdivision of the City of Greeley, Colorado.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, its executors,
administrators, successors or assigns, forever. And the said party of the first part, for its heirs,
executors, administrators, successors or assigns, covenants and agrees to and with the said party of
the second part, and its executors, administrators, successors or assigns, to WARRANT and
DEFEND the sale of said property, goods and chattels, hereby made unto the said party of the second
part, its executors, administrators, successors or assigns against all and every person or persons
whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, George E. Baxter, Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners of said County of Weld, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado, on behalf
of said County and by virtue of the Order contained in the Resolution made by said Board of County
Commissioners on the 3rd day of November, 1997, have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal
of said County this 3rd day of November, 1997, for the uses and purposes therein set forth.
