RE: APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND BUDGET UNIT, IN
THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSE AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE WELD
COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering theaffairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, ex'officio
Housing Authority Board, has -adopted the annual budget in accordance with the Local Government
Budget Law, on December 6, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Board has made provision therein for revenues in-aniamount equal to or
greater than the total proposedexpenditures as set forth in said budget, a copy of which is marked
as Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein byTeference, and
WHERE -AS, it is not -only required by law, butalsomeeessary to appropriate the revenues
provided in the budget to and for the purposes described below, so as not to impair the operation
of the authority.
NOW, T-HEREFORE, BE ITRESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners -of Weld
County, Colorado, ex -officio Housing Authority Board, that the sums, per the attached Exhibit "A",
be, and hereby -are, appropriated from the revenue of each fund, to each fund, for the purposes
stated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion _duly made and seconded, adopted by the
following vote on theSth day of December, A.D., 1995.
