RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF BRYANT GIMLIN TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bryant Gimlin be appointed to said board, to
replace Glenn Vaad, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Bryant Gimlin to said board, with his
term to expire July 31, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Bryant Gimlin be, and hereby is, appointed to the Planning Commission,
with his term to expire July 31, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of December, A.D., 1998.
