RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF _LANNY CLARY AND BEN SLATER TO WELD
COUNTY BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lanny Clary, District 1, and Ben Slater,
At -Large, be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Lanny Clary and Ben Slater to said
board, with their terms to -expire May23, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Lanny Claryand Ben Slater be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld
County Board of Public Health, with their terms to expire May 23, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made andeeconded, adoptedby
the following vote on the 8th day of May, A.D., 1295.
