HomeMy WebLinkAbout670258.tiffDEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHTS -OF -WAY VANTAGE ACRES FILING NUMBER THREE: BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby approve the dedication of perpetual rights -of -way over the public roads, streets, highways, easements in behalf of the public, in the Vantage Acres Filing Number Three, being a tract of land in the Northeast corner of the Southwest one -quarter of Section 17, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southwest one -quarter of Section 17, thence North 89° 44' 22" West, 1969.38 feet; thence South 0°30' West, 1222.25 feet; thence southeasterly along a curve having a 45 foot radius, 36.69 feet; thence North 89° 02' East, 1936.46 feet; thence North 0° 30' East, 1194.6 feet to the true point of beginning and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the accompanying plat is approved for filing, and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are accepted, provided however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of streets, roads and rights -of -way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
