RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1208 FOR A PUBLIC RECREATIONAL FACILITY
(PAINT BALL FIELD) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - HENRY AND
CAROL KARRE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Special Review Permit#1208 for a Public Recreational Facility (Paint Ball Field) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District for Henry and Carol Karre, 2240 East 24th Street, Greeley,
Colorado 80631, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 17th day of March, 1999, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to allow Anthony Navaro,
operator of the facility, adequate time to schedule time off with his employer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
April 21, 1999, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of March, A.D., 1999.

SUBJECT: USR-1208, Henry Karre
The Department of Planning Services' staff is recommending a continuance of USR-1208 for the
following reason:
Mr. Anthony Navaro, the owner of Action Pursuit Paint ball will be in Arizona at the time of the March
17th hearing. He does not feel another person can adequately represent him at this hearing.
Mr. Navaro apologizes for any inconvenience to the Board but does not feel he had adequate
notification to rearrange his schedule.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

To whom it may concern,
I would like to ask for a continuance on the special use permit I am seeking. I will be on
vacation from 3/12 - 3/22. I would like at least 3 weeks notice about the date of the next
hearing so that I may notify my employer for the necessary time off. Thank you.
