Box 758 Greeley, Colorado 80632 Dear Commissioner Webster: Enclosed are two (2) executed copies of the Intergovernmental Agreement for the Mutual Aid Response between our counties. This is to replace the document that was approved in 1991. We had our County Attorney review the original document and I believe the only modification was in the opening statement to designate this as an Intergovernmental Agreement and the deletion under 1.3 designating specific Directors. If you have a better map to attach to this document we would appreciate you returning one to us when you return one of the signed agreements, after your approval. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. If you have any other questions, please contact us. Sincerely, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MORGAN COUNTY, COWRADO Cynthia L.
