The landowners have submitted a Petition for Annexation to the Town of Frederick. The Town of Frederick accepted the petition and set a public hearing fur November 30, 1995. However, the landowners have reconsidered their request and a representative of the landowners will attend the public hearing on November 30, 1995 and request that the Petition for Annexation he withdrawn at this time. We are forwarding the Annexation Impact Report to the Hoard of County Commissioners as required by State Statute. It is our understanding that all procedures must be followed up to the public hearing. I hope that this will clarify the status of this application. Please call me if you have any questions.
