RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR
NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado
Medical Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. Susan Carter be appointed to said
Board to replace Dr. Paul Hiratzka, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Don Cummins be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Dr. Susan Carter and reappoint
Don Cummins to said board, with their terms to expire January 11, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Dr. Susan Carter be, and hereby is, appointed, and Don Cummins
be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with
their terms to expire January 11, 2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 6th day of January, A.D., 1997.
