SUBJECT: W% of Section 6-3-64
The following is a basic chronological timeframe of land splits in the W% of Section 6-3-64:
• 3/80 - RE-442 created 20 acre Lot A and 300 acre Lot B
• 4/83 - BCC approved SE-176, separating off 12. 02 acres in the NE corner
of Lot B, RE-442
• 7/95 - BCC approved RE-1739 to divide Lot A of RE-442 into 18.7 acre
Lot B and 1 .3 acre Lot A
• 3/99 - AmRE-442 was approved to amend two 80+ acre parcels out of Lot
B of RE-442
At the time of field check on 2/24/99 there were three residences in close proximity to one
another. There were houses on Lots A and B of AmRE-442, and a mobile home located on Lot
A of RE-1739.
