RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jesse Trujillo be appointed to said committee
as the alternate telephone utility representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jerry Adams be appointed to said committee
as the gas utility representative, and that Jed Reed be appointed as his alternate, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Bill Gray be appointed to said committee as the
electric utility representative, and that Gene Rempel be appointed as his alternate, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Cody Wooldridge be appointed to said
committee as the water district representative, and that John Zadel be appointed as his alternate,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jesse Trujillo to said committee as the
alternate telephone utility representative, with his term to expire December 31, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jerry Adams to said committee as the
gas utility representative, and that Jed Reed be appointed as his alternate, with terms to expire
December 31, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Bill Gray appointed to said committee
as the electric utility representative, and that Gene Rempel be appointed as his alternate, with
terms to expire December 31, 1995, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Cody Wooldridge to said committee
as the water district representative, and that John Zadel be appointed as his alternate, with terms
to expire December 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above named persons be, and hereby are, appointed to the Utilities
Coordinating Advisory Committee, with terms to expire as stated.
