Our Department has reviewed your waste handling plan. The Plan was received on
January 12, 1999. The Department finds the plan to be acceptable as submitted. As a
result, Condition of Approval Number 2 of Special Review Permit(#1191) has been
satisfied.
In the future, if there are any additional wastes generated on site, you arc required to
amend your waste handling plan.
