RE: APPROVAL OF RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR 3.2 PERCENT BEER RETAIL
LICENSE FROM EQUILON ENTERPRISES, LLC, DBA TEXACO #095 - EXPIRES

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Equilon Enterprises, LLC, dba Texaco #095, presented to the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for the renewal of a 3.2
Percent Beer Retail Liquor License, for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors in sealed
containers not for consumption at place where sold, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Weld County Ordinance No. 6, Section II, C., said applicant has
paid the sum of $57.50 to the County of Weld for the renewal of the existing license, and
WHEREAS, said applicant has exhibited a State Liquor License for the sale of malt,
vinous and spirituous liquors in sealed containers not for consumption at place where sold,
outside the corporate limits of any town or city in the County of Weld at the location described
as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, having examined said application and the other qualifications of the
applicant, does hereby grant License Number 99-06, to said applicant to sell malt, vinous and
spirituous liquors in sealed containers not for consumption at place where sold, only at retail at
said location; and the Board does hereby authorize and direct the issuance of said license by
the Chair of the Board of County Commissioners, attested to by the Clerk to the Board of Weld
County, Colorado, which license shall be in effect until July 15, 2000, providing that said place
where the licensee is authorized to sell malt, vinous, and spirituous liquors in sealed containers
not for consumption at place where sold, shall be conducted in strict conformity to all of the laws
of the State of Colorado and the rules and regulations relating thereto, heretofore passed by the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and any violations thereof shall be
cause for revocation of the license.

If your license is one of the retail classes of license listed below you must first submit
your application to your local licensing authority (city or county) for approval. After the
local licensing authority has approved your application they will forward the application
to us for final approval. Failure to first obtain local licensing authority approval may
jeopardize the timely renewal of your beverage license and your authority to selll alcoholic
or fermented malt beverages.

("Company"), hereby nominates, appoints and authorizes the Marketing Contract
Specialist of Equiva Services LLC, currently S. A. Murrie, and her successors in said
position, as its true and lawful Attorney -in -Fact (Attorney), to execute, deliver, accept,
assign, amend, extend, ratify, verify, terminate, release or surrender, in the name of the
Company and on its behalf, the following:
all alcohol., lottery and other general business permit and/or license applications,
appear before relevant government agencies, and perform such other actions on
behalf of Company as may be necessary or desirable in obtaining and holding such
permits and/or licenses.
This Power of Attorney is effective May 1, 1999, and shall continue in full force and
effect until specifically revoked in writing.
