WHEREAS, on July 15, 1964, a public hearing was had for the purpose of
hearing protestants, if any, regarding a change of zone/in the Mead Area as requested
by George Donner of Route 1, Longmont, Colorado, said area more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Rezoning from "T" Transitional to "E" Estate
The North half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter (NiNWWSW4) of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range
68 West of the 6th P. M.,
Rezoning from "E" Estate to "T" Transitional
A tract of land 34 acres, more or less, in the SW4 of
Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 68 W of the 6th P. M.,
Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said Sec 30, thence
N 1254.0' along the W line of the SW4 of said Section 30,
thence S 88°40' E 1000.0' along the S side of a county road,
thence S 14°00' W 100.0', thence S 40°30' W 100.0', thence
5 37°33' W 100.0', thence S 8°00' W 100.0', thence S 0°40'

WHEREAS, there appeared no protestants to said change of zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby unanimously agree to uphold the recom-
mendation of the Weld County Planning Commission by granting the change of zone
in the Mead area as requested by George Donner.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
