No. 706109 Mary Ann Feuerstein, Recorder WHEREAS, on July 15, 1964, a public hearing was had for the purpose of hearing protestants, if any, regarding a change of zone/in the Mead Area as requested by George Donner of Route 1, Longmont, Colorado, said area more particularly des- cribed as follows: Rezoning from "T" Transitional to "E" Estate The North half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NiNWWSW4) of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P. M., Rezoning from "E" Estate to "T" Transitional A tract of land 34 acres, more or less, in the SW4 of Section 30, Township 3 North, Range 68 W of the 6th P. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby unanimously agree to uphold the recom- mendation of the Weld County Planning Commission by granting the change of zone in the Mead area as requested by George Donner.
