Professionals Available for Questions about
Recorded Exemption Process in Weld County
January 20, 1998 the Weld County Council will host Weld County Current
Planner Shani Eastin and Weld County Real Estate Broker-Owner Kirk Goble in a
discussion of the recorded exemption process in Weld County. Recorded exemption
guidelines included in Weld County's Subdivision Ordinance cover the splitting of
agricultural property, not including subdivisions. Ms. Eastin and Mr. Goble will make
brief presentations and be available to answer questions from the public. The meeting
will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the first floor meeting room of the Weld County Centennial
Center, 915 10th Street, Greeley, CO.
The County Council will also be electing its officers for 1998 and setting its
meeting times and places for the year. The public is invited to attend the Council
meeting and provide ideas on issues concerning County government. Please call the
Council office at 356-4000 x 4780 if more information is needed.
