Weld County Department of Planning Services;
We are writing this letter in strong opposition to Case number Z-504 for a change of zoning from
A to PUD Residential, (C-1, C -Z C-3, 1-1,1-2, 1-3.) We have been informed in the past that this
development was to be low density residential with nicely burnt custom homes. This information
was also reinforced by the county's own (most recent) MUD Planning map. To our knowledge
there has not been an amendment to change the existing plan. We speak for the whole community
when we say this kind of development (high density, modular units) is NOT condusive of the
quality rural homes in our agricultural community.
We as a caring community stand united in asking you and our commissioners to please give the
quality of our futua. life styles serious consideration.
