No. 170€118 Mary Ann Feuerstein, Recorder / —I F M0E0 161976 WHEREAS, on April 21, 1965, a public hearing was had for the purpose of hearing protestants, if any, regarding a change of zone in the LaSalle -Latham Area as requested by John Sitzman of Greeley, Colorado, said area more particularly described as follows: and Rezoned from "A" to "A-1": All of Sections 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 33, 34, 35 and 36, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. Those parts of Sections 21, 22, 28 and 29 lying south and west of the South Platte River in Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. All of Sections 32, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. except that part lying within the corporate City Limits of the City of LaSalle, Colorado All of Section 5, Township 4 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. except that part lying within the corporate City limits of the City of LaSalle, Colorado That part of Section 6, Township 4 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M., lying south and east of U. S. Highway No. 85, except that part ly- ing within the Corporate City limits of the City of LaSalle, Colorado Those parts of Sections 12, 13, and 14, Township 4 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County,Colorado WHEREAS, there appeared no protestants to said change of zone. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that they hereby unanimously agree to uphold the recom- mendation of the Weld County Planning Commission by granting the change of zone in the LaSalle -Latham Area as requested by John Sitzman. M. be recommended favorably to the Board of County Commissioners for the following reasons: After the planning commission had made their recommendation to the Board of County Com- missioners a group in that area requested their area be "A-1" instead of "A". It was thoughtthat the change could be made at the time the Commissioners had -their hearing, but since it could not be done, another hearing was held by the Planning Commission so said change could be had.
