VI-9700185, Monty and Connie Winter Sections 31.2, 31.3.9 and 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Request for an extension of time on completion of the stick built garage. VI-9700197, Gary and Mary Novotny Sections 31.2, 31.3.9 and 31.4.7 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Request for an extension of time on USR-1193 The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
