4101 MEMORANDUM
TO: Ben Patton, Planner DATE: September 17, 1999
O FROM: Donald Carroll, Engineering Administrator ef,
SUBJECT: USR-1244: Patricia Healy
COLORADO
The Weld County Public Works Department has reviewed this proposal. This project falls primarily under the
purview of the Weld County Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit Standards. Our
comments are as follows:
COMMENTS:
Access: There is an existing access to the property from Appaloosa Avenue. This access should be utilized and
no additional accesses will be granted.
Parking: There appears to be an adequate off-street gravel parking lot for the proposed facility.
Storm Water Drainage: Due to the topography of the property, storm water collects in large open grass areas in
the northeast and southeast corners and all runoff appears to be captured on the property. The West Brighton
Extension Ditch borders on the west. I have no conflict with the storm water drainage pattern.
