7H EEREAS, on !:arch 5, 1965, a public hearing was had for the purpose
of hearing protestants, if any, regarding a Change of Zone from "A" Agricultural
to "H" High Density in the Delta District as requested by Jerry Kollman of
2516 East 16th Street, Greeley, Colorado said area more particularly described
as follows:
and
Beginning at the center of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range
65 4est of the 6th P. M.; thence S8953'30" E a distance of
2153.2 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence S89"53'30"
E a distance of 481.6 feet to the Northeast corner Southeast
Quarter (SEg) of said Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 65
West; thence southerly along the center line of the county road
now establi-shed to East 18th Street; thence along East 18th
Street extended west to the east boundary of -said Section 10,
Township 5 North, Range 65 West, thence North along the east
boundary of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 65 West a
distance of 1020 feet, to a point; thence West and parallel to
the Quarter Section line of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range
65 West a distance of 481.6 feet; thence North and parallel to
the east boundary of said Section 10, Township 5 North, Range
65 west to the true paint of beginning.
WHEREAS, there appeared no protestants to said Change of Zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of weld County, Colorado, that they hereby agree to uphold the recommendation
of the Weld County Planning Commission by granting the Change of Zone in the
Delta District a -s requested by Jerry Kollman.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Moved by John Watson that the following resolution be introduced for pas-
sage by the Weld County Planning Commission:
Be it Resolved by the Weld County Planning Commission that the application for
rezoning from "A" ( Agricultural District) to "H"_ (,HighDensity
District) of Jerry Kollman of Qe1,ta. Zoning. District
covering the following described property in Weld County, Colorado, to -wit:
A parcel of land beginning at the center of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range
65 West of the 6th P. M.; thence S89°53'30"E a distance of 2153.2 feet, to the
true point of beginning; thence 589°53'30"E a distance of 481.6'+ feet to the
Northeast corner Southeast Quarters (SE 1/4) of said Section 10, Township 5
North, Range 65 Vest; thence southerly along the center line of the County Road
now established to East 18th Street; thence along East 18th Street extended
west to the east boundary of said Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 65 West;
