PETITIONER FOR CHANGE OF ZONE
ADVERTISE NOTICE:
Commissioner Glenn Billings offered the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the petitioner for a Change of Zone Hearing shall hereby advertise
the required notice at his expense, presenting an affidavit of publication marked
paid at said hearing.
The above and foregoing resolution was seconded by Commissioner Harold
Anderson and adopted by the following vote:
