RE: ESTABLISH CHANGE FUND FOR DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the Department of Planning Services
that a Change Fund in the amount of $100.00 be established, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and the Comptroller have
recommended approval of said request, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it
advisable and in the best interests of Weld County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that a Change Fund in the amount of$100.00 be, and hereby is, established for
the Department of Planning Services.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 26th day of April, A.D., 1999.

As a result of Weld County Planning/Building Inspection Departments move to a new location, we will
be unable to go next door to make change at the Treasure. We are requesting a change fund in the
amount of$100.00.
