RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Chris Schellenberg, Route 1, Box 95, Roggen, Colo-
rado, has requested permission to locate an airstrip and business facility
on the following described property, to -wit:
A parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter (NEk) of Section
Four (4), Township One (1) North, Range Sixty-two (62) West
of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, containing 20 acres,
more or less, and
WHEREAS, the said requested airstrip and associated business
facility are in a commercial zone as set forth by the Planning Commission
of Weld County, and
WHEREAS, according to Section 3. 9 (14) of the Zoning Resolution
of Weld County, said airstrip and associated business facility may be
authorized on the approval of the Weld County Planning Commission and the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended
that this business operation be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Chris Schellenberg,
Route 1, Box 95 Roggen, Colorado, is hereby authorized to operate an
airstrip and associated business facility on the following described property,
to -wit:
A parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section
Four (4), Township One (1) North, Range Sixty-two (62) West
of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, containing 20 acres,
more or less, and
as provided by Section 3. 9 (14) of the Zoning Resolution of Weld County,
Colorado.
