HomeMy WebLinkAbout990691.tiff RESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING REVIEW OF CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR RECORDED EXEMPTION #2362 -TERRA HOLDINGS, INC. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute arid the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on February 25, 1999, the Department of Planning Services approved Recorded Exemption #2362, for property which is located in part of the SW1lt of Section 32, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, to divide the property into parcels estimated to be approximately 55 acres and 5 acres, respectively, with Conditions of Approval, and WHEREAS, the request to the Board of County Commissioners for review of Condition of Approval #2.A. for Recorded Exemption #2362 was submitted by Terra Holdings, Inc., P.O. Box 367, Greeley, Colorado 80632, and WHEREAS, after reviewing the Planning staffs concerns and hearing the testimony presented, the Board determined that Condition of Approval #2.A. of Recorded Exemption #2362 shall be deleted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Condition of Approval #2.A. for Recorded Exemption #2362, for property owned by Terra Holdings, Inc., be, and hereby is, deleted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 31st day of March, A.D., 1999.
