RE: Request for Resubdivision
Gentlemen:
This letter is being written per your application requirements for
Resubdivision.
On October 19, 1994, we applied for a building permit through Weld
County Planning Commission. Through their procedure, it was
discovered that a part of our parcel of land had been illegally
split from Seemore Heights Subdivision at the time the subdivision
was established. The N/2 of Lot 6, Block 3, Sec. 30-T3N-R68W of
our property is within Seemore Heights Subdivision, however we wish
to place our home approximatgely 350 feet back from Elmore Road
which would be in the portion that is unsubdivided (N/2 of Lot 6,
Block 3, extends 247.8 feet from Elmore Road). In order to do
this, we need this portion included in the subdivision. We would
also like to eleminate a 12.5 foot easement which crosses our
property, as all utilities are located at Elmore Road.
We therefore respectfully request your approval of said
resubdivision.
