RE: APPROVE ORDER FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER'S DEED, PURSUANT TO
SECTION 39-11-120(1), CRS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request from Arthur L. Willis, II, Weld
County Treasurer, and James P. Boyle, Trustee, Myrtle V. Boyle Irrevocable Trust, concerning the
loss of Tax Sale Certificate #91-00895/91, and
WHEREAS, after hearing said evidence and upon the recommendation of the Treasurer
and County Attorney, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Order for Issuance of
Treasurer's Deed, pursuant to Section 39-11-120(1), CRS, for Parcel #1131117002010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Order for Issuance of Treasurer's Deed for Myrtle V. Boyle Irrevocable
Trust be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Weld County Treasurer be, and hereby
is, ordered to make out a Tax Deed for Parcel #1131117002010 to said trust.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of May, A.D., 1995.

ORDER FOR ISSUANCE OF TREASURER'S DEED,
PURSUANT TO SECTION 39-11-120(1), C.R.S.
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, on the request of
Arthur L. Willis, II, Weld County Treasurer, and James P. Boyle, Trustee, Myrtle V. Boyle
Irrevocable Trust, has this day taken evidence concerning the loss of Tax Sale Certificate # 91-
00895/91, issued by the Weld County Treasurer on or about October 31, 1991, pursuant to Section
39-11-117, C.R.S., and after hearing said evidence and finding the same to be satisfactory, finds that
Myrtle V. Boyle Irrevocable Trust, by and through its Trustee, James Boyle, is the rightful owner
of said Tax Sale Certificate and that the same has not been redeemed.
The Board therefore orders that the Weld County Treasurer make out a Tax Deed for Parcel #
I131117002010 to the Myrtle V. Boyle Irrevocable Trust and that a record of these findings and this
order shall be duly made by the Clerk to the Board in the recorded proceedings of this Board.

AFFIDAVIT
The Affiant herein, James P. Boyle, Trustee for the Myrtle V. Boyle Irrevocable Trust, being
duly sworn upon oath, states as follows:
1. That on or about October 31, 1991, on behalf of the Myrtle V. Boyle Irrevocable
Trust, I purchased Tax Sale Certificate 91-00895/91, regarding the property known
as Parcel I131117002010, which is described as Lot 38 of the Casa Grande Estates
First Addition in Weld County, Colorado, with the address of 7250 Weld County
Road 22.
2. That the statutory time period of three years has run and said Tax Sale Certificate has
not been redeemed by the owner of the property.
3. That I have made application to the Weld County Treasurer's Office for a Tax Deed;
however, neither I nor the Treasurer's Office is able to find Tax Sale Certificate
91-00895/91. I believe that the Tax Sale Certificate is lost.
4. That I state and acknowledge that I have not prior to this date sold or assigned the
Tax Sale Certificate to any other person or entity.
Further, Affiant sayeth naught.
