RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW#1211 FOR AN
INDUSTRIAL USE (RECYCLING FACILITY) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE
DISTRICT - MARY ROBERTS AND JEREMIAH WICKHAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Use by Special Review Permit#1211 for an Industrial Use (recycling facility) for Mary Roberts
and Jeremiah Wickham, 2324 Elmira Street, Aurora, Colorado 80010, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 12th day of May, 1999, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter for to allow Mary Roberts and
Jeremiah Wickham adequate time to provide documentation of ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to
May 17, 1999, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of May, A.D., 1999.
