CORRECTION OF DESCRIPTION IN LEASE
WHEREAS, we the undersigned, as lessors, did under date of January 18, 1995, make and
execute unto Gerrity Oil & Gas Corporation as lessee, our certain oil and gas lease, covering
certain lands owned by us, situated in Weld County, Colorado, and described in said lease as
follows, to -wit:
Township 5 North, Range 63 West, 6th P.M.
Section 30: A tract of land located in the SE'/<SW'/e and in the SW' SE'/< of said Section 30,
more particularly described in that certain Quit Claim Deed dated April 22, 1965
and recorded in Book 539, under Reception Number 1462951 on May 6, 1965 in
the records of Weld County Recorder.
Said lease being recorded in Book 1482, Reception No. 2429215, of the records of Weld County,
Colorado.
AND WHEREAS, there is an error in the description of the lands, and the lands intended
to be covered by said lease are more accurately described as follows, to -wit:
Township 5 North, Range 63 West, 6th P.M.
Section 30: A tract of land located in the SE' SW'/a and in the SW' SE'/< of said Section 30,
more particularly described in that certain Quit Claim Deed dated April 22, 1965
and recorded in Book 539, under Reception Number 1461340 on April 16, 1965 in
the records of Weld County Recorder, and re-recorded in Book 541, under
Reception No. 1462951, on May 6, 1965 in the records of Weld County,
Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and for the purpose of making the
said lease more definite and certain in respect to the identity of the lands intended to be covered
thereby, we do hereby declare that it was and is our intention to lease for oil and gas purposes the
identical tract of land last above described; and we hereby amend said lease in respect to the
description of the lands included therein, as aforesaid, and ratify and adopt the same as so
amended.

Reception Number recited in the lease are incorrect. Enclosed is a copy of the deed on which I
have hilighted the correct recording information.
