This is a letter of explanation for the resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 2 of the Kahn
Subdivision. The developer of the property is proposing a food service outlet and
convenience store on the referenced property. The current property contains 2.618 acres.
The subdivision of the referenced property will result in two (2) parcels of property, 1.07
acres and 1.53 acres in size.
