A public hearing was conducted on June 20, 1995, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

BCV #2187 - Rosamaria Castillo: Keith Schuett, Department of Planning Services, presented

the case report for the record. He indicated the mobile home is still on the property and is not
appropriately permitted, which is a violation of Section 70 of the Weld County Building Code
Ordinance. He stated that at this point in time the mobile home is a building violation, not a zoning
violation, and other violations have occurred on this property in the past. Mr. Schuett indicated Ms.
Castillo, the property owner, has not responded to any notices from Planning staff. In response

Commissioner Harbert moved to refer BCV #2187 against Rosamaria Castillo to the County
Attorney for legal action. Commissioner Webster second the motion, which carried unanimously.
BCV #2177 - Francis Arens: Mr. Schuett indicated this case was closed.
BCV #2175 Kelly and Alvcia Carmin: Mr. Schuett indicated this case was closed.
