Enclosed is an application from A. Michael Vetrone and Rosemary A. Vetrone for a Resubdivision of a 2.11
acre lot in the Etherton Subdivision into a 1.36 acre lot and a .75 acre lot.. The parcel of land is described as
Part of Lot 3, Etherton Subdivision, being part of the W2 of the NE4 of the NE4 of Section 16, T5N, R65W of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this application has been
submitted is west of and adjacent to Bluebell Avenue; approximately 150' south of East 20th Street. For a more

The application is submitted to your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you
