RESOLUTION
RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR WELD COUNTY TREASURER TO CANCEL CERTAIN COUNTY
TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Arthur L. Willis, II, Weld County Treasurer, has requested authorization to
cancel certain County Tax Lien Sale Certificates, a list of the specific certificates being attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to cancel said
certificates as requested by the Weld County Treasurer, pursuant to CRS 39-10-114.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Arthur L. Willis, II, Weld County Treasurer, be, and hereby is, authorized
to cancel said County Tax Lien Sale Certificates.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of June, A.D., 1996.

On November 19, 1987 Tax Lien Sale Certificate 415/87 PT was sold to WILEY B. HOLLAND,
P O BOX 17965,N LITTLE ROCK AR 72117 for the following property:
PARCEL #045533411001
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: NUN 19506 Ll THRU 22 BLK45 H & J SUB
I am hereby asking for TS CERT 415/87PT to be canceled because of a second tax lien sale
certificate of purchase was sold on November 3, 1988,to the Shirley Company. The Shirley
Company made application for a Treasurer's Deed to the property and at that time WILEY B.
HOLLAND was notified and given the opportunity to endorse all subsequent taxes onto his
certificate and make application for a Treasurer's Deed himself. WILEY B. HOLLAND chose
not to take any action. The Treasurer's Deed was issued May 20, 1996 to the Shirley Company.
This created the need of a resolution by the Board of County Commissioners to cancel TS CERT
415/87 PT.
No authorization of refund to WILEY B. HOLLAND due to the circumstances described above.

FLINTWOOD ROAD, PARKER CO 80134 for the following property:

I am hereby asking for TS CERT 511/84 to be canceled because of a second tax lien sale
certificate of purchase was sold on November 3, 1988, to ENS II Family Partners Ltd. ENS II
Family Partners Ltd. made application for a Treasurer's Deed to the property and at that time R.
D. GASCH was notified and given the opportunity to endorse all subsequent taxes onto his
certificate and make application for a Treasurer's Deed himself. R. D. GASCH chose not to take
any action. The Treasurer's Deed was issued May 6, 1996 to ENS II Family Partners Ltd. This
created the need of a resolution by the Board of County Commissioners to cancel TS CERT
511/84.
No authorization of refund to R. D. GASCH due to the circumstances described above.
