VI-9800063, Charles and Renee Ottinger(Con tinued from October 13, 1998, hearing. We are still attempting to work with Mr.and Mrs. Ottinger to achieve finals). The Department of Planning Services recommends that the Board of County Commissioners continue this hearing until January 12, 1998.) Section 30.5.2 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance Temporary Certificate of Occupancy has expired without the final building, electrical, plumbing and heating inspections approved. VI-9800197, Patrick and Shelly Craig Sections 31.2, 31.4, and 31.4.10 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. The keeping, raising and boarding of exotic animals is not a use allowed by right in the A (Agricultural) zone district. VI-9800173, Ed Zyronski Sections 31.2, 31.2.1, 31.2.2, 43.2.4, 43.2.4.1-3 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. More than one dwelling unit on a legal lot is not a use allowed by right in the A (Agricultural) zone district. Medical Hardship uses require a zoning permit for a temporary structure. Noncommercial Junkyard The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
