WESTVIEW ADDITION TOWN OF WINDSOR
TO BE ANNEXED TO THE TOWN OF WINDSOR
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign consent
to annexation of Westview Addition, Town of Windsor, insomuch as Weld County
may have any right, title or interest in County Road #174 which borders said
area more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point 50' north of the southeast corner of Section 17,
Township 6 North Range 67 West of the 6th P. M., thence north along
and upon the section line of said Section 17, to a point west of the
north edge of LakeView Addition of the Town of Windsor, thence west
30 feet: thence south parallel with the east line of said section
to a point 50' north and 30' west of the southeast corner of said
Section 17, thence east 30' to the point of begining.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
