RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LORI BRISCO AND REAPPOINTMENT OF LARUE
MONDT TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical
Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lori Briscoe be appointed to said Board, to
replace Ken Lind, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that LaRue Mondt be reappointed to said board,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Lori Briscoe and reappoint LaRue
Mondt to said board, with their terms to expire January 12, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Lori Briscoe be, and hereby is, appointed to the Board of Trustees for North
Colorado Medical Center, with her term to expire January 12, 1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that LaRue Mondt be, and hereby is,
reappointed to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with her term to expire
January 12, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 14th day of February, A.D., 1996.
