Responding to questions from the Board, Mr. Williams stated he has completed the improvements to the access as recommended by the Public Works Department. Mr. Schuett confirmed Public Works has no additional concerns and Don Carroll, Project Coordinator, has been working with Mr. Williams. He also confirmed the materials handling plan has already been submitted to the Health Department. Mr. Williams stated the biggest changes to the property are the addition of the mobile homes to make the business more convenient.
